Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Breakup. By using Breakup, you agree to these terms.
What Breakup Does
Breakup helps you identify services connected to your Gmail account and send deletion, opt-out, or account closure requests that you review and approve. Breakup cannot guarantee that a third-party service will delete data, close an account, or accept a request.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reviewing each service and request before sending.
- You must only send requests that are accurate and lawful.
- You are responsible for any follow-up that a service requires outside Breakup.
Gmail And Third-Party Services
Breakup is not affiliated with Google, Gmail, or the third-party services shown in the app. Gmail access is provided through Google APIs and can be revoked from your Google Account settings.
Payments
Paid cleanup credits or packs, if offered, are processed through Apple and RevenueCat. Pricing, refund eligibility, and purchase management may be handled by Apple according to App Store rules.
No Legal Advice
Breakup is a productivity and privacy utility. It does not provide legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for legal questions.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Breakup to send abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading requests, or to interfere with third-party systems.
Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Breakup as the product evolves.
